Paying subscriber. Have been happy until an update turned my boat icon + track + waypoints/markers white. All of those things are now nearly invisible, making the app almost useless. Really frustrated. Please fix ASAP! Full Review

Great app however all of my waypoints are no longer identifiable because they have turned to little white dots.. pretty hard to see where my potential spots are when they are the same colour as the map.. fix it please. Not satisfactory for a paid app. Full Review

Had to renew my subscription I guess. Never had to do that in all the years I've had this app. Once i did and paid the money the detail of the maps is horrible. No contour lines out past about 15 to 20 ft. All the detail is gone. Waste of my hard earned money but atleast you guys made some money right? Full Review

I use this app as a backup to my main chart plotter. Dock to Dock Auto Routing has been a convenient way to get an ETA to my destination without creating a route on my chart plotter. Using SonarCharts in combination with Satellite Overlay is a great way to checkout a new Anchorage. Full Review

Purchase this app a few years ago for $15 and now it's expired?? No where has it ever said that the app expires... Now you want me to pay another $8.99 to look at poor information, bad locations for shoal markers on the lakes that I fish! oh yeah and there's very few lakes that I fish that actually are covered under your app... absolutely can't recommend your app it's terrible... if it were possible to ask you for a refund I would. Complete waste of money Full Review

Decent visuals, but not great for actual boating. No easy MOB mark functions, no night mode, no hud displaying useful info or customization. It's basically an ok app for someone taking their dad's litte boat out of the marina, but quickly loses functionality beyond that. Full Review

The app worked for a while, then began to crash upon starting. Reinstalling the app accomplished nothing. The only thing that worked was removing all files associated with Navionics buried in my device's memory... Then reinstalled the app and the app worked again. Navionics was very helpful in sorting this out. Will update if problem re-occurs. Full Review

I noticed after the last update that the app was screwing up the travel time and fuel usage calculations when setting a route. Average cruising speed and fuel burn per hour can be customized in the settings. I contacted Navionics by e-mail on July 8 and quickly received a notice that a case number had been assigned and passed on to the app team. On July 11 I received an update from an app team member saying that they knew about the bug and were hoping to have a fix in an update they were working on and they would notify me when available. On August 4 I received another message saying that the new update was available and that their testing showed the issue to be fixed. And it is...two thumbs up! Full Review

Crashes constantly. Does not auto save tracks so if it crashes your latest track is gone. Needs a quick way to add a waypoint and man over board like feature. Battery draining power hog. Needs real time internet access to use tide data and does not seem to download/cache map overlays. No way to "trim" tracks for those times you forget to stop a track. Oh and stop in app advertising your damn products. I am paying a yearly fee already! Most likely will let subscription expire. Full Review

Not sure how to connect this app to my raymarine axiom 9 with light house 3. I bought this thinking it could be used as a stand alone then update my chart plotter later. I can't seam to connect them together. There may be a way but I can't figure it out. If I could have this app work in conjunction with my axiom 9 so I could plan my route at home. Get in the boat and put it on my axiom to save time. If there is a way and I can do it I will change my rating to 5 stars. Full Review

Navionics treatment of long standing customers with this recent push to a 1 year subscription policy and dismissing the original paid agreement is very unfortunate. Their stock response they are cutting and pasting into other similar reviews is also disappointing. Saying that app layers are changing and trying to justify the cash grab of forcing people to pay for a year sub leaves a bad a taste in my mouth. Will be actively searching for a replacement app and will not give another dimension to this company until later they address the treatment of loyal customers now getting the shaft. Full Review
