Does anybody listen! I don't want all of your tracking gizmos on a smart watch. I want a scratch resistant touchscreen with reliable and customizable notifications without breaking the bank. $300 for a watch and I don't use 90% of it's features! Why should I pay for features I don't need? I talk about $300 Ionic version. Strip your Ionic of it's "Built-in GPS" and "music memory" and make it more smart in terms of notifications. And PLEASE make notifications reliable! Drop your price below $200 and whola you got a watch many lazy people like me will love. And won't be discouraged by all this "Let's stroll" reminders. I turned them off by the way. Full Review

Until Tuesday I loved my fitbit - flex 2. It stopped synching then and now the app shows calories, exercise and weight loss only. Where have my step counter and sleep tracker gone? I've updated the app but it hasn't altered. A £20 tracker does more and seems more reliable Full Review

Google should take fitbit out of your play store!!! You have to buy certain phones to get your fitbit to syc!!! This is BS!!! SO IF YOU GET A FITBIT YOU HAVE TO CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR PHONE IS COMPATIBLE AND IF NOT YOU EITHER BUY A NEW PHONE OR WASTE MONEY!!!Not finding tracker on my SAMSUNG PHONE!!! THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FOR MONTHS AND RESOLUTION!!! THE ONLY WAY I KNOW I HAVE MADE MY DAILY STEPS IS WITH THE FIT BIT ITSELF BUT I DON'T KNOW MY TOTAL STEPS FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS UNTUL I HAVE TO RESET EVERYTHING!!! NOBODY SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS AND NOW MY WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED SO NOW NO HELP 😠 Full Review

Amended update. Until the other day it was working really great I could update really easily then there was a firmware update. It now will sync on occasions maybe three to four times a day not enough sometimes but better than nothing I knew the app was not optimised for my device but it really worked well, now not so much. It turns out the first one I purchased had a faulty Bluetooth (4 devices tried with customer support over the phone), so returned it and got a new one... set up within seconds of being plugged in. Working beautifully... love all the features both on tracker and in app. Highly recommend. Full Review

User friendly, quick and easy to read and very motivational! UPDATE: Since the most recent app update, my tracker won't sync. I called customer service to find out that the updated app doesn't support my phone. BIG disappointment and extremely inconvenient because I rely on my FitBit for calls and text messages. Alta HR Alarm - Why can't I set just a single alarm event? When I set an alarm, even though not set to repeat, it remains active the next day and has to be manually switched off in the app afterwards. Ideally as an idea, it'd be great to be able to access the Alarm via the Dashboard and not just be digging down through the general settings :) Full Review

App doesn't work since last update. App regularly stops talking to my Fitbit. I have to delete the tracker & add it again almost every time I want to update my stats. Notifications don't work for the same reason. I would be giving 5 stars before the update as everything worked fine then. Now my phone isn't compatible any more?? Seriously? I have a perfectly good phone. I don't need a new one! I guess I should throw my Fitbit in the bin & never buy your products ever again. Full Review

My Fitbits okay, but would like to see more futures added to it in the way of SMS alerts for me to choose from. I much prefer my other fitness Tracking device IP65 has it as a lot more going for it, and feel it's a bit more accurate at only £30. So fitbit US, over to you to blow us all away with new up date's. Updating the app on 1/13/18 caused an issue, and it was only resolved TEMPORARILY! The Bluetooth bond was an issue in not finding my fitbit to sync with pairing/unpairing. That worked at first, but now it STILL says Tracker Not Found. I've never had so many issues updating this app until now. I wished I never updated it!! I even got help from support, but that didn't resolve it. There's a glitch somewhere and it needs to be fixed!! I shouldn't have to keep pairing and unpairing my fitbit device!! Never had this problem before!! Full Review

Since the update my tracker wont sync at all have to keep unpairing and setting it up again 😢 just reading the other reviews and a lot of unhappy customers. You need to sort this as you have made our trackers worthless. Cant even roll back to the version before. Get the phones supported beforehand then roll out an update. Time for a change of tracker maybe After contacting you I'm still no better off. Usless Full Review

I am handicapped for 11 years. I needed something to urge me to move. Also tracking my sleep patterns was a huge part of why I bought it. I've learned a lot about myself in only the first week. Set your goals low to start so you can meet them , then increase. Good luck! Full Review

I happily synced with a Levono Tab 2 A10 running Android until Fitbit's latest software update. Now it won't sync at all, effectively making the Fitbit a useless piece of expensive junk. Amended update: Your recent update made my syncing so time consuming. After the update, it keeps saying "no tracker found". I have to unpair and pair again every time!!! This is absolutely BS! I didn't have this issue prior the update. And it's not acceptable that we have to get new phones. Who came up with this update. It worked fine before. What's this?? Trying to get more money out of your customers? This is not a user friendly fitness tracker. Not recommending this to anyone anymore. Please fix this!! Full Review

I installed this app to keep up with my Husband after I bought him the Fitbit watch for his birthday. Having both SHealth and FitBit installed on my phone, it's hard not to notice that the FitBit isn't keeping up. My steps are always behind in FitBit. Sometimes I open the app and the steps jump up and back down about 200 steps as I'm standing there looking at it. I finally tested it by opening the app to see the number of steps, closing it and walking for 20min, only to open it up again and see that the number of steps is still at the same spot. Really disappointed. Full Review

Update: Sync issues have now been fixed. Wonder why it took them so long. Original: Horrible app. Almost always never syncs in the first try. Takes 10-15 minutes and pairing/unpairing my Fitbit Blaze. My brother has same issues with his Charge 2, so it has nothing to do with my phone. Quite disappointed that I purchased a costly product and it doesn't even sync seemlessly. My cheap old Xiaomi Mi band never had any sync issues Full Review

How is it that I have just spent over £100 for my device not to be supported? My 12 month old phone hasn't made it to the supported devices, it is laughable. I have the app it isn't connecting via the Bluetooth. Soooo frustrating. Especially when help forums don't seem to offer anything other than your own website. Apparently I should have kept my Nokia 5110 from when I was 12, it would have a better chance of getting connected. Full Review

I have thus far enjoyed my FitBit Charge 2!! It is an absolute motivator in keeping track of my progress ans goals. The only issues I have thus far is that it counts steps for my arm movements. So the number of daily steps is not quite accurate. Otherwise, this device works like a charm! 😄 Full Review

Loved my brand new Alta HR Christmas gift which worked perfectly with my phone before the update 2 days ago. Now it won't sync unless I go through unpairing, turning my phone on and off, re-pairing, and restarting my Alta. What is wrong with you Fitbit?! Just received an email detailing my lack of Fitbit action this week. Duh! That is just rubbing salt into the wound. My Fitbit no longer syncs with my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. Very disappointing. Editing to say that Fitbit's reply about my phone not being compatible with Fitbit is a mystery. I have been using Fitbit with this same phone for a couple of years. Is fitbit brain dead? They don't have a night shift option. Nurses, police officers, anybody who works night shift is left out. Forum post after forum post people ask about this over years and years. All they ever reply is to vote for it for a future upgrade. Durka Der...there is obviously a need for a night shift option and the suggestion to change your time zones is idiotic. Support third shift workers fitbit. Don't hide behind your vote for it excuse. Overall I am very happy with my fitbit charge 2. However I have a few issues (with app) 1. By default it records potassium intake in "grams". However being a micronutrient it is consumed in miligrams. I know your concern is to provide macronutrient recording and probably it is added bonus. But I would like to have no or right bonus instead of wrong one. I mentioned it on forum as well, read thru also , in one post it was mentioned as "already fixed". I wonder if there is concept of "testing" before claiming? 2. My fitbit doesn't sync often, especially heart rate, for example, at 10 in the morning it shows previous day's graph, even after several attempts at syncing. 3. At times on syncing, it syncs to data till only previous hour. I mean after syncing it should be till last minute. Full Review

I've been a fitbit customer for 4 years. Never so many sync problems until this past month. Whatever updates have been made recently are obviously causing sync issues. Have tried all the fixes (unpair/pair, reinstall app, reboot device etc etc) ad nauseum and it still won't work when I want it to. I have no problems using the app with my Pixel 2 XL. I never have, either. It's a great app and works well with the Charge 2. For whatever it's worth, the app also works well for my mom on her Huawei Honor 8 with an Alta HR. My only gripe with the app is that on the Pixel 2 XL, the app doesn't reach all the way down to the navigation bar. There is a little bit of black space above the buttons that the app does not take. It's hardly an issue, just a minor inconvenience. Syncing and general use work great! Full Review
