    Thanks for telling me my pregnancy is an issue (under health summary). Why isn't my flu shot there? Seems data isn't organized all that well. Only doctors are listed to contact? I just needed to send over data not ask a question. Love the idea of this app. Preferred KP's app. Full Review

    It was great until early November update, since then it crashes after login. I get anywhere from 1 to 15 seconds of usage before getting "MyChart has stopped" message and then it closes. I had an S7 at the time and upgraded to note s8. Brand new phone, same MyChart behavior. There are numerous complaints about this but 2 months later still broken. Epic, hurry up and get your $h1t together. Full Review

    It usually works fine. I have been getting a problem connecting to server message for a week now, but can log on to the desktop site with no problem. The app doesn't handle PDF letters from doctors, either, so that cuts about 40% of communication from them. Otherwise thumbs up. Full Review

    Very useful app but latest version will not allow me to log in using the passcode I recently set. There is no option provided to change\reset\delete the passcode in this version. Please fix so I do not get locked out. Full Review

    The app has improved some since I first started using it, but it's still lacking in since areas. For instance, you could add in the ability to print out test results or, at the very least, be able to compare current tests with past tests. I feel quite restricted with my inability to utilize my own medical information. Full Review

    Worked great when I first downloaded. Now just tells me it cannot connect to server. I can still log in through the website but I thought the app was more convenient. If not working soon I will just delete the app. Been almost 2 weeks since I could log in Full Review

    99% of the time it wont let me log in, and when i finally get logged in nothing works. Says error has occured, tey again later... well its been about 3 days now. Ive sent several error reports today. Worked perfect the first day, but now nothing but trouble. Would love it if it actually worked. Full Review

    I like it so far (the website is not mobile friendly, and I like being able to use a pin instead of typing a long password every time). I can't believe I can't copy text or screenshot a message from my doctor. Really? This is all stuff I could do on a PC or mobile. Not very convenient when I need to share information from my child's doctor with her other caregivers. Full Review

    I love this app! My son is very medically complex so we depend on this app for keeping track of appts and communicating with his doctors! One thing I really wish it had is the ability to add all his appointments to my calendar on my phone at the push of a single button via mhchart rather than having to select each appointment and then add it. When you have as many appointments as we have for him each month ease of use is a big thing!! Full Review

    I love this app I can talk to the Doctors and nurses without calling the office... It's so good to be able to bypass the front desk. I can also get refills and do many other things on here. This app is very useful. I love it! Full Review

    I have 2 providers that I used to be able to look at and now I get an error. There is no way to contact you through the app. I went to the provider website and reset password and it doesn't work in the app. I need to know how to get in. Also you need a way to contact you through the app. Full Review

    When requesting refill in Medication section, clicking one med brings up list that does not include the med I selected. Billing section gives no detail of what the charge is for. Otherwise a decent app. I like the appt scheduling and messaging. Full Review

    I love the convenience, but the last 2 times I attempted to send my doctor a multiple paragraph message, it wouldn't send and required force stopping it and restarting. If I hadn't copied and pasted my messages, all my work would have been lost. Fix the stability, and I'll give it 5 stars. Full Review
